Dr. Faulkner is a published communication & media researcher who has taught both university students and their professors better communication skills for over 15 years. She currently helps companies and non-profits improve performance and job satisfaction through professional development workshops tailored to their specific needs. She also writes and edits proposals and other key communication documents for her clients. She has done work for the Center for Leadership and Learning at McMaster University, the Center for Excellence in Nuclear Engineering, and the Carson City branch of Job Opportunities in Nevada (JOIN)..
Rich Olson, M.A., SPHR
Rich Olson is an experienced HR Manager who has worked with high performance leadership teams in Manufacturing, Distribution and Telemarketing. He has handled all aspects of employee and labor relations, in addition to supervising the employment, records, and benefits functions of the HR department. Additionally Rich has conducted numerous in-house training workshops of front line employees and leadership teams at QuadGraphics, JCPenney, and the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association. Rich has been an instructor at University of Phoenix since 2003 and enjoys facilitating undergraduate Human Resources and Graduate Organizational Behavior courses. He is knowledgeable of Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Title VII, and other aspects of employment law. Rich has a BA in Psychology from Penn State University, and an MA in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.
